1. Believe in Yourself. Stay True To Yourself
As a cliche as this sounds, you have to believe in yourself. Sometimes, you are your own worst enemy. There's always going to be that little voice in your head telling you that you can't do it or that you're going to look silly in front of everyone. It's okay to be nervous for that presentation. Breathe. You got this.
I hope you stay true to who you are. If your idea of a fun Friday night is staying at home and catching up on your favourite shows, then do it. Just because other people your age are spending their Friday nights partying, doesn't mean you have to. Don't change yourself to make him like you. If he doesn't like you for you, it's his loss.

2. Get Involved
I know getting out of your comfort zone can be tough but it's important to get involved with any activities that are going on at uni. Sign up for clubs and societies that you find interesting! Not only will you meet new people and experience new things, you may also discover a hidden talent! Who knows, you may be really good at Dodgeball or Hockey. Sign up as a volunteer for O-Week or anything that you've been wanting to try. You are only going to regret the things you did not do.

3. Spend Time With Your Loved Ones
Yes, you're swamped with tens of assignments but don't let important relationships be forgotten. Don't stress so much on your assignments. Go out! Catch up with your high school friends! Have brunch with your girls. Two years from now, you're going to look back and wished you stayed in touch with the people who made you laugh so hard, your chest hurts. You're gonna wish you put in more effort into your friendships/relationships with certain people.

4. Spend Wisely
Just like every other student, you're struggling with your finances. You're constantly deciding between spending money on a textbook or that new Becca highlighter that just dropped. Get your priorities straight. List down all the things you need for the semester and set some money aside for it.
I know you're starting to worry about not being able to afford the tuition fees. Find out about your options for financial aid. Look for a part-time job. Sell your old things! There are so many ways to make money!
5. Enjoy It
Last but certainly not least, enjoy and cherish every moment regardless of whether it's bad or not. In case you haven't figured it out, time flies really fast. Take it all in. Make as many friends as possible. Be nice to everyone. Figure out how to live independently! Let loose a little!
Everything's going to be fine!
